Contacting the WH717 Course Coordinator

Contacting and working with Jeneen Lomax, NM717 Course Coordinator:

  • I LOVE to talk with students! I hope you will always feel comfortable contacting me! I love to review exams with students, talk through content, and give pep talks!
  • My strong preference is that we set up an appointment to talk, rather than having a spur-of-the-moment call. This is so that I can ensure that I have adequate time set aside JUST FOR YOU and that I've prepared by looking at your exam or anything else I need to do. That being said, please know that if you need me, you can always call.
  • You can set up an appointment through this nifty virtual meeting scheduler linked below.
  • Sometimes you'll notice that my calendar is pretty full, given that I teach several courses and meet with lots of students. And your calendars can be full and tricky, too! If you'd like to meet with me and aren't finding a spot that's convenient for you, please email me with some days and times that would work for you. Sometimes I can shift other responsibilities around. I want to ensure that I'm meeting your needs!
  • Email also works well and I'm almost always speedy with replies!
  • I promise to respond to your emails/phone calls within 2 business days (usually much faster!) unless I am traveling or otherwise noted.
