The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) provides resources and publications on its website for the public and its members. Since they no longer offer institutional subscriptions, the Frontier community does not have access to the members-only content of the website, which includes Practice Bulletins. Practice Bulletins are available through Frontier's subscription to Obstetrics & Gynecology (also known as the Green Journal). See below for instructions on accessing Practice Bulletins and other publications available from ACOG.
If you know the name or number of the Practice Bulletin or the topic you are looking for, first find it in the list of Practice Bulletins on the ACOG website. The bulletins are listed by date of publication, so you may need to use the Find command (Control-F on PCs, Command-F on Macs) to search for the number/title/topic. To the right of the title you'll see the month and year that the bulletin was published.
Now you can find the corresponding issue of Obstetrics & Gynecology though Frontier's subscription. The Practice Bulletins are usually at the very end of the issue, so scroll down to the bottom of the table of contents (or use the Find command again).
Obstetrics & Gynecology is the official publication of ACOG and is often referred to as the "Green Journal" because of its green cover.
Clinical Updates and guideline ebooks are available to ACOG members only.
ACOG Practice Bulletins and Committee Opinions are both indexed in MEDLINE. Therefore, if you can't find what you are looking for from the ACOG website, you can search in MEDLINE. Try searching for "ACOG" in the corporate author field, as shown below.
