Word lets you track changes made to a document in Windows, Web, Mac or iOS versions. You can choose to accept or reject changes. This Microsoft video shows how to use the Track Changes tools located on the Review ribbon.

This EXCELLENT YouTube video demonstrates how to use the "track changes" feature in MS Word, and also the "comment" feature. It explains how these features enable a proofreader to delete and insert text, affix comments to text to offer recommendations for revision, and illustrates a procedure for saving extra copies of a document (known as version control) so that the original is retained, and a new version with revisions is saved.
