Writing Resources

Information literacy skills will be necessary in every class you take—particularly writing courses. This Writing Commons site has guides (includes videos) to help students to 1) determine information required, 2) evaluate the credibility of primary and secondary resources, 3) communicate complex ideas in simple and clear ways, 4) research sources for your own writing, and 5) use such sources to help you explain your ideas.
